Safety, Health & The Environment
As holders of certification to ISO14001: Britax PMG Ltd recognises the importance of safety, health and environmental matters to the efficient management of our business.
It is Company Policy that we will;
- Seek to achieve compliance (as a minimum) with all relevant legislation and ensure management responsibilities are clearly identified
- Openly consult with all personnel, through the forum provided by regular Safety, Health & Environment meetings
- Maintain open relationships with all stakeholders and regulatory agencies regarding safety, health and the environment
- Ensure a framework exists to promote continual improvement and for the setting, monitoring and achievement of objectives and targets
- Promote the re-use and re-cycling of materials, the minimisation of waste and the efficient use of energy, raw materials and natural resources
- Seek to prevent pollution by the introduction of procedures to ensure adequate controls are in place
- Strive to create a working environment that is safe and without risks to health for all persons, directly or indirectly, affected by our actions and/or business practices
- Provide information and training to enable all personnel to carry out their duties in a safe, environmentally responsible and effective manner
